Clients are charged Time & Material for what’s actually being done to secure an employee and nothing more (or less). In order for this to be a win-win model, a recruitment project given to PICWA is exclusively be carried out by PICWA. This not only makes recruitment costs fair but also produces better recruitment outcomes, where speed and quality of the candidates are key drivers for recruitment success.

What is a Magic interview?

This is the perfect add-on for when you’ve not got enough internal capacity to conduct all your interviews and skills assessment. You can outsource your skills interviews to our network of Tech leaders, Senior Project Managers, MarTech Digital Marketers, and Sales Heads who conduct role-specific skill interviews tailored to your current format or needs.

How do you enhance the candidate experience and uplift our brand?

We’ve built a suite of custom software to achieve this. It helps with communicating with candidates personally at scale, screening candidates at scale, and also represents your company’s role and the company itself in an aligning light.

Since the launch of this suite, candidate’s and clients have praised our communication frequency, relevance with communication and happiness with the hiring process.

Can we hire across multiple locations at once?

You sure can, each location has it's strengths and we'll work with you to distribute your team across locations based on your current and future team structure.
